  I have had to apply for hardship assistance via latitude and in dealing with their financial hardship team I was very impressed with the service, understanding and professionalism I was treated with. Most cases lately I have had to deal with rude and aprubt people while going through financial difficulties and to deal with such a lovely customer service rep was a joy.

  Very very dis-appointed with your service- not only for your customers but also for the police. My wallet got lost, send you emails that police is needing help in getting the timings of the fraudulent transactions so they could catch the accused - but, you are not giving any details even to place officer. I have sent so many emails too - no respond.. your services if are so bad - why would I stay with you?
